Muscat Governorate Conducts Project Management Training Programme For Employees

Muscat: On Sunday, the Muscat Governorate launched a weeklong training program focused on professional project management.

This initiative is designed to enhance the capabilities of its staff, including project managers, personnel from planning and wilayat development divisions, members of planning teams, and those involved in projects across other administrative sectors. The training is delivered by Engineer Salih Al Khalidi, a specialist in project management and digital transformation.

The Professional Projects Management Programme signifies the Muscat Governorate’s commitment to enhancing the capabilities of its human resources and their effectiveness in executing projects based on professional and scientific principles.

Participants will gain the essential knowledge and skills necessary for efficient project planning, execution, and management, with emphasis on fundamental project management concepts.

These concepts cover strategic planning, resource allocation, quality assurance, and performance evaluation, aligning with the developmental strategy of Muscat Governorate.

The program also focuses on fostering the technical and administrative capabilities vital for project success.
