Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) has announced the launch of the Future of Human Capital Management program, an innovative initiative aimed at enhancing and refining the national skills of national talent, allowing them to help Oman's strategic vision for the future.
Designed for human resource development managers in the public sector, the program aims to foster high-performing and supportive organizational contexts by increasing participants' effectiveness and ensuring the efficient execution of HR strategies.
The new initiative, developed in collaboration with Integrated Business Solutions (IBS), symbolizes an ongoing dedication to attaining organizational greatness through investing in human capital.
The two-month program will provide participants with advanced skills by exploring strategic workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and effective communication, all of which contribute to increased productivity and organizational performance.
Ultimately, the Future of Human Capital Management program will enable participants to apply their renewed knowledge and practical skills, helping to drive institutional efficiency and innovation.
