Indian Dance King Prabhu Deva Set To Scintillate Muscat In Debut Performance

Muscat: This Thursday, April 24, the City Amphitheatre in Qurum will be the center of attention. Starting at 7. 30pm, the venue will shine brightly in honor of the spectacular dance performance by the legendary Prabhu Deva, who is arriving from Chennai, India.

Debut live show
Entitled ‘Prabhu Deva’s Bash’, this event marks the iconic dancer's first live performance in Oman. It is being put together by Black & White Oman, in collaboration with JMR Events and Mediasenze.

India’s dance icon
Known as the Indian Michael Jackson since he captivated audiences across various Indian dance platforms and film industries, Deva is a multifaceted talent who excels as an actor, dancer, choreographer, producer, and director. The production will be directed by Harikumar from Shaa Entertainments.

Renowned orchestra
In support of Deva and Singh, the celebrated light music ensemble Saadagai Paravaigal from Tamil Nadu will perform. This orchestra has a history of accompanying numerous stars in successful concerts in Muscat.

Leading Omani vocalist
Haitham Mohammed Rafi, the most acclaimed singer in Oman, will enhance the evening by performing at the beginning of the dance event on Thursday.

Salim Sinbad’s breakdancing
The renowned break dancer from Oman, Salim Saed Salim Al Harrasi, or Salim Sinbad, will also join the show alongside two collaborators.

Young Omani dancers
This event presents an extraordinary chance for promising young dancers in Oman to interact with the renowned dance guru, fulfilling aspirations for numerous dance enthusiasts.

Charitable fundraiser
One of the key attractions is a fundraising dinner for the Children First Association, scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, April 23, at the lawns of W Muscat, the night before the dance performance.

Expert whistler
Geert Chatrou, a masterful whistler from the Netherlands, will be providing entertainment at the fundraiser for guests.
