Muscat: On Thursday, the State Council welcomed a delegation from the France-GCC Parliamentary Friendship Group.
The delegation was led by Olivier Cadec, who serves as the Head of the France-GCC Parliamentary Friendship Group in the French Senate.
Salim Musallam Qutn, the Deputy Chairman of the State Council, received the visiting group.
During their visit, the delegation was informed about the State Council's functions within Oman's regulatory framework, along with its responsibilities and areas of authority.
The meeting also included the Secretary General of the State Council and several Council members.
