Muscat: The 23rd Oman International Conference on English Language Teaching (ELT) commenced on Thursday at Sultan Qaboos University, focusing on the theme: "Future-Ready ELT: Integrating Language Learning with Essential Life Skills."
The opening ceremony for the two-day event was conducted under the patronage of Dr. Abdullah Khamis Ambusaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education, and attended by HH Sayyid Dr. Fahd Julanda Al Said, Vice-Chancellor of Sultan Qaboos University.
This conference has attracted over 400 ELT educators and scholars from Oman and various countries around the globe.
