Muscat: The police command in South Al Batinah has arrested a Syrian national for helping six Ethiopian nationals enter the country unlawfully.
According to the South Al Batinah Governorate Police Command, the culprit scheduled transportation for the victims in a rented vehicle after coordinating with another person of the same nationality. Investigations also uncovered that he had previously been implicated with bringing other intruders into the nation.
The Royal Oman Police has begun legal action against the culprit, according to the force.
