Over 6,000 People From 120 Countries To Attend Belt And Road Summit In Hong Kong

Hong Kong: Over 6,000 participants from 120 nations will take part in the significant 10th edition of the Belt and Road Summit, taking place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Scheduled for September 10 and 11, the event aims to build on the successes of the past decade while fostering new collaborative opportunities for governments and businesses to leverage the development of the Belt and Road Initiative (B&RI).

"The event is being co-organized by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) under the theme 'Collaborate for Change - Shape a Shared Future,'" stated Lau Hui Ping, Patrick, Deputy Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC).

"This year's Summit will host over 90 high-ranking government officials and business leaders from Belt and Road countries and regions," he added.

The Summit brings together senior government officials and business leaders to share insights on multilateral cooperation and to identify tangible business opportunities.
