Muscat: Rear Admiral Saif Nasser Al Rahbi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman, welcomed Rear Admiral Khalid Nasser Al Hajri, Commander of the Mohammed bin Ghanem Al Ghanem Maritime Academy in the State of Qatar, to his office at Al Murtafa'a Camp on Wednesday.
The RNO Commander welcomed the visiting official and his delegation.
During the conference, both groups exchanged ideas and debated a variety of topics of common concern, including naval issues.
