Muscat: The government of the French Republic bestowed the French Order of Maritime Merit to Brigadier General Adel bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, Director of the Maritime Security Center, in recognition of his work in promoting maritime security cooperation between the two friendly nations.
Rear Admiral Hugues Lanier, Commander of the French Forces in the Indian Ocean, presented the medal on behalf of the French Republic government at the headquarters of the Maritime Security Center.
