Muscat: The attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in India, which occurred on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, has received strong condemnation from the Sultanate of Oman.
The Sultanate conveyed heartfelt condolences to both the friendly Indian government and its citizens, alongside the families affected, and expressed its hopes for a quick recovery for those injured.
In a statement released by the Foreign Ministry today, Oman's unwavering stance was reiterated, making clear the nation's rejection of all types of violence and terrorism, no matter their reasons or justification.
