Musk Unleashes Another Attack On Trump's Spending Legislation

Washington, DC: Tesla CEO Elon Musk has launched another attack on US President Donald Trump's signature budget legislation, encouraging Americans to urge Congress to KILL the measure just days after stepping down from his position in the Trump administration.

The Tesla and SpaceX founder spent 130 days as a special government worker in charge of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), with a goal of cutting what he called as excessive government programs. However, his departure last week sparked a torrent of criticism aimed at the very government he formerly promoted.

Musk heightened his attack earlier today, warning that America is on the fast track to debt slavery and calling for a complete overhaul of the laws. He recommended that a new budget be written that does not dramatically expand the deficit or raise the debt ceiling by $5 trillion.

He even requested individuals to contact their senators and Congressmen about the legislation. Musk urged people to contact their Senator and Congressman, saying, "Bankrupting America is not acceptable! " KILL the BILL.

In another message on X, Musk noted that this budget has the greatest rise in the debt ceiling in US history! It is the Debt Slavery Bill.

Musk's dramatic intervention comes at a critical point in Trump's self-described huge, beautiful bill, which proposes extensive tax cuts and boosted military spending. Last month, the House of Representatives passed the bill by a narrow majority, with just three Republican lawmakers voting against strong Democratic opposition.

The technology entrepreneur's pledge to dismiss any politician who deceived the American people in upcoming midterm races has reverberated across Republican groups. Given his hundreds of millions of dollars investment in their election campaigns, Musk's opposition might be devastating for incumbents facing primary contests and jeopardize Republican intentions to retain Congressional control.

The White House has reacted to Musk's revolt with notable moderation. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that Trump is already aware of Musk's viewpoint, adding: This is one big, beautiful bill, and he is sticking to it.

Trump has set a July 4 deadline for the legislation's completion, which includes a $4 trillion increase in US borrowing authority. Advisors for the US Treasury Department warn that failing to implement this rise by August may result in America's first sovereign debt default.
