Muscat: Iran has declared its withdrawal from the sixth round of nuclear talks with the United States, set on Sunday, June 15, 2025 in Muscat, Oman.
Oman News Agency and Iranian state television stated that the talks have been halted indefinitely, following diplomatic initiatives aimed at limiting Iran's nuclear program.
The decision comes on the heels of Israeli airstrikes in Iran. The cancelled meeting was anticipated to discuss differences on uranium enrichment limits and US sanctions relief.
