Muscat, 12 Jun (ONA) – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a message of condolences to Indian President Droupadi Murmu following the tragic passenger plane accident at Ahmedabad Airport, which was en route to the United Kingdom (UK).
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan stated his profound sorrow and sadness over the tragic incident, which claimed the lives of most passengers of various nationalities, as well as several residents of the building struck by the aircraft. He offered his heartfelt condolences and compassion to the victims' families.
His Majesty also wished the Republic of India and all nations to be safe and protected from such calamities and disasters.
