Minsk: Today, Republic of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko welcomed HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports, and Youth, to the Presidential Palace in the Belarusian capital, Minsk.
During the meeting, HH Sayyid Theyazin delivered His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik's greetings to the Belarusian President, as well as His Majesty's greatest wishes for success in achieving more achievements for the friendly people of Belarus and fulfilling all of their desires for a stable and prosperous life in all sectors.
The President of Belarus requested HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said to transmit his greetings to His Majesty the Sultan, expressing his best wishes for good health and happiness. President Lukashenko also hoped that Omanis will achieve all of their goals in many sectors under His Majesty's leadership.
The President of Belarus hailed the results of his trip to the Sultanate of Oman, as well as the warm reception and hospitality shown to him. He emphasized his desire to increase collaboration in a number of areas, including economic, investment, and commerce, in order to reap common advantages that will boost both countries' economies.
The meeting examined advances in bilateral collaboration and partnership, as well as continuing efforts in this regard, and explored strategies to broaden collaboration and investment opportunities to further common objectives.
HH Sayyid Theyazin conveyed his great happiness at the expansion and progress of cooperative ties between the two countries in several fields, adding that he hoped that all attempts to deepen this alliance would be met with continuous success and steady progress.
Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority, and other Belarusian dignitaries attended the meeting.
