Muscat: The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, conducted a workshop to examine the draught Commercial Law, Commercial Transactions Law, and Commercial Registry Law.
This activity is part of the OCCi's attempts to promote public-private collaboration in creating the legislative framework for the business sector in the Sultanate of Oman.
The seminar sought to introduce and analyze the important characteristics of the two draft laws, assess recommended amendments, and collect comments and ideas from private sector participants.
