Duqm: The Duqm Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZAD) will host four specialty familiarization seminars for investors in August 2025, known as Duqm Summer, at the SEZAD facility in Duqm, Al Wusta Governorate.
The sessions will address the applications of artificial intelligence, creating an adaptable workforce, developing resilient supply chains, and fostering a work environment that values stability and career growth.
One of the sessions, titled "Global Trade and Supply Chains," will take place on August 19. It will highlight the strategic position of A'Duqm as an excellent meeting hub for Europe, Asia, and Africa. It will also look at real-life experiences in coping with danger during times of disaster and turmoil.
"Duqm Summer" sessions conclude on August 26 with a session focusing on office culture and mental wellbeing. The final session will focus on how companies can foster a supportive work environment that improves performance while decreasing employee turnover rates.
