Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No. 50/2025 today, appointing an ambassador. The statement reads as follows:
Article (1) confers Ambassador Plenipotentiary Jameel bin Haji bin Ismaeel Al Balushi the title of ambassador and appoints him as the Sultanate of Oman's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
According to article (2), this order must be released in the Official Gazette and implemented beginning on the day it is issued.
